Requirements
· Counterbalance forklift licence
· Customer service skills essential
· Organisation and communication skills
· Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Purpose
Serving customers to provide the highest level of customer service, efficiently, politely and profitably. Supporting all other staf.
Duties
· Loading and unloading suppliers and customers vehicles
· Order picking for delivery
· Assisting customers to their vehicles with their purchases as required
· Carry out daily plant checks and report defects
· Moving stock both manually and by the safe operation of mechanical offloading equipment
· Checking goods inwards deliveries against orders placed and supplier delivery notes
